If you do, you can manage blocked apps from Settings > Privacy > App-Requested Downloads. You can also block the app from downloading files in the future. If an app tries to access a file only stored in the cloud and causes it to download, you’ll see a notification that the app is downloading a file and you can hide the notification or cancel the download, if you like. This is implemented at a low level in the operating system and works with any application, even command line ones. The Get started button will then be greyed out.When you try to open a file that isn’t stored on your PC, Windows will download it and open it for you.
