You can buy it soon, but any found piece will save you money. Watch out for Full Plate drops - this is the best armor in the game, and is really valuable to find, especially if it is magical. The entire place is really straightforward - just follow the single path until you find the exit. They are stronger than the last ones that you fought, but should be well within your capabilities to kill.
